Steve received his Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Florida. Steve has successfully managed high-profile renovation projects on existing high school campuses, including work at Tarpon Springs High School and St. Petersburg High School. Both projects were highly technical and logistically challenging large scale campus renovations that incorporated new building design into the fabric of an existing campus. Steve has managed a range of complex projects, including a state-of-the-art music building at Tarpon Springs High School and the new cafeteria and classroom building and historic restoration at St. Petersburg High School, coordinating closely with districts and construction managers to phase design and construction and minimize disruption to ongoing campus operations.

In addition, Steve was instrumental in the design of the STEM Center at St. Petersburg College’s Bay Pines Campus, managed a number of Hillsborough County Public Schools Referendum projects that included re-roofing, HVAC upgrades and updating finishes, and has overseen over 100 projects for the renovations of kitchens and/or cafeterias for a number of clients. Before joining Rowe Architects, Steve served as an architectural designer on multiple projects at Kennedy Space Center and adjacent facilities.
